For creating logical system
Go with TC code SALE
It opens a screen
Basic settings ---> Logical systems
Then click on Define Logical System then it opens a screen
Click on NEW ENTRIES tab button which is on application toolbar.
It opens a screen like then give any name for your system which is having some meaning full name
save it
F3 or back
Assign that logical system to client
